Can you please guide me what is the process for adding new sender mail id in SAP FSM.

Hi Sakil,

You can find the documentation on how to setup your own SMTP or an additional sender address through AWS SES of SAP FSM in the official documentation here: https://help.sap.com/docs/SAP_FIELD_SERVICE_MANAGEMENT/fsm_admin/email-addresses.html?locale=en-US
