I have defined Consensus alert in "define and subscribe alert" App but not able to see that "alert in Monitor Custom Alerts" app in sap IBP.
Checked the backend with the data , I can see that according to the rules defined in the custom alert Alert should be generated but we are not able to see the Alert.
Please help me resolve the issue.
