Hi, User is using 2408 excel add-in and getting error:

• An error occurred while opening the planning view and you may notice irregularities during use.
  Please, contact your administrator to ensure your settings meet the requirements, and troubleshooting steps defined in SAP Note 2729807 are followed. 

please help with the troubleshooting steps need to be followed.
