Help with Item Management

Hi, We use HANA Business one. We manufacture Rolls of Hot Stamping Foil and Thermal Transfer Ribbons.

I'm not sure how best to explain this so it makes sense.

Our items are stored and m2 and we use batches that are separated by roll length, width and roll qty.

For Example Item Code: UVP425 has an available QTY of 3,520 m2,

There is a sales order for this item with required qty of 2,093.75 m2, which consists of 5 Rolls at 1.25(W) x 335(L).

When just looking at the m2 available it would appear we have enough stock, however if you go into the item master data, right click & select Batch Number Transaction Report. All the batches listed are .625(W).

Is there a way to link the sales orders custom fields for roll width, length and number of rolls to the custom fields we have for batches?
