Help Needed: How to Get Last Purchase Price of Product in SAP ByDesign

Hello SAP Community,

We are currently facing a challenge in SAP Business ByDesign (SAP ByD). Our costing team requires a report that shows the latest purchase price of each product — ideally the last 3 purchase entries, including:

• Purchase Rate (Net Price)

• Supplier Code

• Quantity

Currently, we are able to see full purchase history, but there is no direct way to filter for only the latest entries. For example, if the last purchase was made a year ago, we still want that to show — but we don’t want the full history, only the most recent purchase(s).

Have you considered building your own custom report with date filtering for online viewing or OData export. You can do this via Business Analytics > Design Reports from the SAP Main Menu.
