HCI job/task failure with error” Data services engine received invalid response from server”.

Hi,

We got the above error while uploading Sales Qty transaction data in HCI. With manual  rerun it got completed successfully.

Please advice what could be the reason behind this error. Please find attached screenshot of the error for reference.

Hello Kishore

This error can be due to the older DS Agent version. Do you still get this error every time you execute this task from HCI? I would recommend to upgrading to the latest DS Agent version and then re-run the task.
