Dear Experts
We are using SAP ECC 6.0 last 9 years and we discontinued SAP support some years ago.
Now we want to upgrade our hardware environment and for that SAP hardware key is required.
Since my SID is not allowing to download any patches from SAP support portal, how can i get the hardware key from SAP.
Is it support contract is linked to hardware key generation?
