I did the creation of an outbound delivery but stuck on queue, and I have got this error message HU already exist in transit while generating packaging data.
Any advice on this

This is probably in case of an STO process.
Check indeed of your 'in transit HU' is correctly received and putaway'd before it's being reused in the outbound process.
check the GR and Put away tasks is completed or not for that HU
check the physical stock of the product
