Handling the export software collections in SAP IBP

Dear Experts,

We want to do the change management in SAP IBP in a way that if someone wants to move the changes to production it should go through multiple approval process.

Can we do it by integrating SAP IBP with systems like SOLMAN or SAP JAM?

It would be great if you can share some insights based on your previous experience or if there are some other innovative ways to solve this problem.

Hi Gourav, in our environment we do the following steps:

1) The process of approvals is outsourced;
2) Once the transport request is approved, the IT team create the Export collection on QAS system;
3) Then, the Governance team run the Import Collection on PRD environment.
