In current ECC/EWM how to set up the and manage customer returns, when the FG Stock is shipped out from DC, returnable stock will be deliver to DC as well. How to have traceablity of the return and track it / manage it in ECC/EWM.
You may create separate storage location for ECC and map the same as new stock type or special return location if any ( Storage type/section/bin etc..etc..) for better visibility of return stock in both ECC and EWM.
