Hana Data Replication From APO Live Cache: How to Transport

All, I am working on a project to push APO live cache data out to a Hana side care.  I have created my replication model in development and sent data to Hana.  I would like to move the replication model to Q for further testing, however all of the transport options are greyed out.  In the menu Table View -> Transport and Edit -> Transport -> Include In Request are all greyed out.  How do I transport my replication model to quality?  Is this setup required to be done locally? There is not transport option.  The data replication needs to be set up locally.
