GUI crashing

User has problem in planning book(SDP94). While trying to access a particular Planning book and data view on her new laptop. It crashes.The same works fine on old laptop. GUI has been re-installed .also has access to all necessary roles. The particular planning book and data view crashes for all users. Please suggest.

I guess problem is due to improper installation of SAP GUI.

“SAP APO add on” might be missing component while installing the SAP GUI.

Re-installation of SAP GUI with correct add on will resolve this issue.
