I want to group checkout activities, i followed the instructions on SAP help but it didn't work, can any one help me to release this task ?

Hi @aziz96, OK, probably you can not access it as I copied it by chance from my personal site. Nevertheless, my explanation is the same: Please check in the checkout step of your workflow if the screen type is "Report" instead of "None". This solved the issue in my case. Best regards, Christoph

i created a service Call with 3 activities and i assigned to the same technician, normally i need to affect all the activities and then the systeme ask me with which activitie i start to get the first intervention repport, in my case it happen normal, i can't choose with which activitie i get the 1st repport

Hi @aziz96, This sounds like a similar case I have reported and finally solved it by myself (https://community.sap.com/t5/reporting-analytics-and-planning/sap-field-service-management-report-te...). When using the checkout step in your workflow, verify that the screen type is set to "Report" instead of "None" which is the default setting. Can you try if this solves your issue?
