GR qty more than inbound delivery quantity in PRDI EWM

Inbound delivery got status is red due to the error – GR qty more than inbound delivery quantity. Hence the delivery gets into red status.

Unpacked the products from HU. No HU available now.

Please help us to get the delivery to green at the earliest.

Please find the root cause, solution to fix the issue and let usknow if issue persists.

"Unpacked the products from HU. No HU available now."  ->  Please follow "simply try to increase the quantity to unblock the item or unpack some planned stock, but in some cases it indicates a fake GR link problem, if the related HU is still planned."

How quantity role PAN "GR and Packed, Not GR Posted" works?

(PAN) GR and Packed, Not GR Posted: This is the sum of GR posted and packed, but not yet GR Posted (aka Planned Packed) stock. Calculation is based on the GR qty role (originally from the GR document flow links) and on the quantities packed in Planned HUs. At the end of putaway process (Putaway Status = Completed), PAN quantity should be EXEC = REQ (if item is 10 EA, then EXEC = 10 EA, OPEN = 0 EA, REQ = 10 EA). Sometimes PAN EXEC will be greater than the REQ as of normal processing (which blocks the item), in this case, simply try to increase the quantity to unblock the item or unpack some planned stock, but in some cases it indicates a fake GR link problem, if the related HU is still planned.
