GR inspection lot not created for EWM Storage location_SAP note 2787302_Without inspection rules

GR inspection lot (04) for Production order is not created after making changes as suggested in SAP note 2787302.

We are using S4 HANA 2020, QM with S/4 HANA Embedded EWM (as well as no QIE).

Till now we were having embedded EWM with integrated QM with inspection rules using 17XX inspection type and we would like to move it to to use standard inspection types (01,04 etc).

Below configuration settings are done.

1) Activated "No Inspection rule for I-Lot setup" for IOT 4 and 5 under "Define and Activate Warehouse-Dependent IOTs" node.

2) Configured EWM related follow up actions and updated the relevant codes in the selected set used of 04 inspection lots UD.

3) In the material master inspection type ZC04 is activated (this inspection type is copy of 04).

4) Upon operation confirmation having Auto GR control key system is creating the Inbound delivery in EWM, which is getting auto processed, but inspection lot of ZC04 with origin = 17 is not getting created.

With same set of configuration when I do GR against Purchase order system is creating the inspection lot with inspection type ZC01 and origin =17.

Kindly help me with where i am goig wrong.With regardsSudheendra
