GR error from production on RF

Hi All,

I have an error on the RF screen when I try to do the GR from production (See attached) rf-error.jpg I did the picking and the consumption on RF,worked great. and now this error appears at Good Receipt.

The path used on RF is: Rec HU by Manufacturing Order => Rec HU by order => Insert the manuf.order and then the error appears.. 😕

Any ideas?

Hi,

isn't the error quite clear? In this process the system tries to create an inbound delivery. The requirement for that is an expected goods receipt. This has to be created by running the report for EGR either in ERP or in EWM. I would only say this message is wrong if you are using embedded EWM, as there no EGR document exists.
