Hi Gurus

I am working on Transport Management and facing this error Goods types directory could not be determined Message no. VW803 in transaction VI01 (Shipment Cost Document creation). Maybe there are some configuration missing. May you please assist me

I will try to go through the OSS note (748028) which you mentioned, I hope to find the solution. I am preparing prototype so I am trying to get the solution for this issue to finalize the demo.

I believe the process is related to DSD in which case, refer document. Also, the screen shot shows the message in green colour which means, I don't think, it is affecting your business process.

The system didn't allow me to save the document because of that erro. Once I saved I tried to display using VI03 and the purchase order number was not in service procurement.

Now I am also facing the error Shipment costs 0000001024 item 000001 Message no. VY021.

I tried to follow this link https://archive.sap.com/discussions/thread/3554699 and I also tried to get the root cause with my ABAPer but I didnt find the reason.

May you please assist me. Maybe some configurations are missing.
