Goods movement bin not determined or entered-Message no. /SCWM/DELIVERY012

Hi All,

I had created Inbound delivery in ERP & the same is created in EWM with error "Goods movement bin not determined or entered". I had checked all the settings like bin GR-Zone is maintained for 9110. I have maintained entry in transaction /n/SCWM/GMBIN_DET (Refer document).

Please help me in resolving the Issue.

I also had the same issue.
I did all the configuration related to Warehouse Process Type.

1. Define Storage Type Search Sequence for Putaway

2. Assign Storage Types to Storage Type Search Sequence

3. Define Putaway Control Indicator

4. Specify Storage Type Search Sequence for Putaway

5. Define Warehouse Process Type

6. Define Control Indicators for Determining Warehouse Process Types

7. Determine Warehouse Process Type

Even after that had the same problem.

Then i realized that i had not create a Storage bin for 9010 storage type to receive the goods while Unloading.

then i manually created storage bin GR-ZONE using the tcode /n/SCWM/LS01.

Then the Unloading issue solved.

Quick solution:>> go to "define WPT "to check type 1010 and assign the source storage type 9010 and assigne GR-ZONE to source bin if not assigned. However, you need to create this source bin if not created via /SCWM/LS01

Hi,

not sure why you try to maintain an entry in /SCWM/GMBIN_DET. That did not work for me either when I just tried, but I am actually not sure at all what this transaction is for, I only use that in one instance, and that is for the creation of items for packing materials.

The first place you should look at is the warehouse process type for the inbound delivery items. This should have a source storage type and source bin.

Additionally or as replacement you can use the "complex" staging area / door determination from shipping and receiving (where a door is not required).

These are the two places I know where this information is coming from.

I am facing an error called while doing goods issue "Delivery 80000365, item 30: Goods movement bin not populated" however, once I removed HU and unpack I could GI normally. How do I check this the goods already in the GI-ZONE.
