GOODS ISSUE WITHOUT RESERVATIONS

I am in the Transaction code MIGO in GCSSARMY I am trying to issue goods with out a reservation. I have tried almost everything. I am trying to consume benchstock that the mechanics have used that didn't have a reservation or any type of order.
