Goods issue to sampling from QI in /SCWM/ADGI posting ECC movement type 333 and not 331

Hello experts,

I have a query on goods issue to sampling from quality stock using SCWM/ADGI. When I post a goods issue with this transaction, the material document is posted with 333 (Withdrawal for sampling from unrestricted-use stock) and not 331 (Withdrawal for sampling from quality inspection). I checked in /SCWM/TIMBWA table and found for SMPL reason the movement type is 333 without any further sub-division by stock type. Please could you suggest what configurations do I need to make for it to determine 331 movement type for stock issue to sampling from quality inspection.

Hi Pranab,

SMPL GI process from Q* stock type works like from F* stock type: for both Q* and F*, the system post a 333 movement type (in MM).

are you able to solve the issue for sample consumption 331 for EWM lots? i am also facing same issue, if you found solution let us know
