Goods issue inspection integrated with EWM

We have below requirement.

Business want to do quality inspection before/during goods issue against production order. I am aware we can use inspection type 02 (Goods issue inspection) for non EWM storage location. Inspection lot will be created after goods issue posting.

Can anybody explain is this possible to create inspection lot when storage location is EWM managed?

Or do we have alternative to create inspection lot in EWM storage location before/during goods issue.

I don't know your landscape and customization, so I tried to give you some general informations.

If you would like to create ad-hoc inspection in EWM before goods issue, you can use the warehouse-internal inspections (IOT5):
