Getting "failure - unable to load groups" while login SAP IBP 5.0

Hi,

I have created a new user in SAP IBP 5.0 but getting error message "Failure - Unable to load groups" while login with the same user id and password.

I have assigned standard front-end and back-end roles for demand planner. I can see that node details (type/ object/ text) are appearing in the Role Menu under the Menu tab of roles for both front and back-end role which should be the only requirement to populate the Fiori interface with catalog/ tiles, as per my understanding. Looking for suggestions to resolve this issue.

I assume you didn't create user from copy function

Ensure

1) User group " IBP_USER" is assigned in Logon Tab of user master record

2) Assign "SAP_IBP_BASIC" role also...This is minimum required.

Thanks for your help. I did assigned basic function role but I didn't maintain user group earlier. It worked now.
