Getting error "Could not create header data delivery 0080000471, system S4H_EWM"

While transferring the stock from the warehouse(W101) to the warehouse (W102) in the same plant.

Getting the following error as below.

Could not create header data delivery 0080000471, system S4H_EWM

Message no. /SCWM/ERPINTEGRATION012

Diagnosis

Due to error messages, the system cannot create the header data for the delivery 0080000471 from system S4H_EWM.

Can you please suggest what steps or configurations missing in the system?

Hello Akhilesh

Please activate QTY roles PQ and PPQ for quantity offset profile assigned to your outbound delivery item type. If you are working with serial numbers, then you need to also activate quantity role 'SN'.

Depending upon you solution design, you may need to activate roles 'SQ' as well.

But please- first activate only PQ and PPQ and test your process. It should work.

Activate and test and let us know your results.

Hi Akhilesh,

Sometimes you can find more information in the log, try to double click on the error message in SMQ2 or check log in warehouse management monitor or in slg1.

It could be quantity profile as Aslam described, but it could be as well something else.
