Dear Team,

We are trying to delete the inspection rule for warehouse products via transaction code "/N/SCWM/QRSETUP" but getting an error even tried to activate the deletion flag in the inspection plan and deactivate inspection type in the material master. But still getting the same error.

And also no warehouse transactions were posted for this product in the system.

screenshot attached for ready reference.error.jpg

I would appreciate for help.

Regards,

Akhilesh

Hi,

"As per the attached screenshot, the first inspection rule record is not correctly maintained. "

You do not maintain this inspection rule. As Daniil wrote, this is a "structure" rule. That means the QIE creates this like a sub-rule of the rule you did maintain. It does not do anything in the process, but is (somehow...) required for the QIE.

All the above is no official SAP statement.

Check for EWM courses: https://training.sap.com/search?q=ewm

And it is EWM. NOT eWM - Duh!

And if your question includes the word "transfer order" - do NOT tag the question with Extended Warehouse Management!

Hi Akhiles, this is structure rule and it is generated by the system, you need to delete rule without Struct Rule" flag.

Hi Daniil, System is not allow to remove the "Struct Rule" flag as it's in disable mode.

This is right. You should not change this flag. If you need to delete the Rule you do it with the Rule without this flag. Flagged Rule will be deleted by the System (it was as well created by the system). This is structure rule and it is required for the determination, it is not violating/breaking logic which you create with your (not structured) rules.

As per the attached screenshot, the first inspection rule record is not correctly maintained. The second inspection rule record is properly maintained. actually, I am facing the issue, the inspection lot is not generating while doing goods receipt.

Even a single inspection rule record is working fine to create an inspection lot in the system.

Therefore, need your guidance to overcome this issue.

Thanks, Daniil & Juergen for your guidance. Now, it has been deleted after deleting the dependent inspection rule. capture.jpg
