Generating order into live cache in APO

Hello Experts,
We have a requirement for which we have changed the order dates (Planned order) through custom program. Now we're facing challenge in saving those orders in live cache so that it can be used further.
Is there any way either through standard program or BAPI available through which we can generate or save those changed orders back into the live cache?

Any inputs will be helpful in this regards
