Generate IOT version for IOT type 03-REturn from Customer

Hi All,

While configuring the Return from customer , i noticed that IOT type-03-Return from customer is not to be seen under path SPRO->EWM->Cross process Settings->Quality Mgmt->Basics & integration-> Generate inspection object types versions

i have activate BC sets "/SCWM/DLV_INBOUND_RETURN: You can use this BC Set for the standard inbound returns process."

here i do not see IOT type 3 , in F1 help its given that "Note that if you are using embedded Extended Warehouse Management in SAP S/4HANA, you do not generate IOT versions for IOT Q-Inspection Returns Delivery (IOT 3)." we are on embedded version of EWM

However in the next path "Maintain inspection object types versions, Define & Activate WH dependents IOT's" i can see entry in dropdown for maintaining.

Also while returning process , the WPT is determine correctly but stock type is F1 instead of Q3/Q4.

so any setting missing or how to generate version of IOT type -3 as i have only Read access only.

Any suggestions ,
