I am working on an SAP EWM outbound picking scenario and need guidance on the standard configuration approach.
Business requirement:
If the delivery quantity equals the full pallet (full HU), the system should pick the entire HU directly to the Staging Area.
If the delivery quantity is partial, the system should pick the partial quantity to an Operations Area, where:
the source pallet is opened (deconsolidation),
a new destination HU is created for the picked quantity,
the remaining quantity stays in the source HU.
We are doing this in wave Management where once wave is released WO/WT will create. If picking quantity is > Pallet the complete HU should be picked. If < then Pallet will picked and moved to operatonal Area where Partial picking is done in new HU
