Full pallet picking with specific return location for remaining quantity

Hi Team,

We need to replace an ECC WM functionality, which provides full pallet picking for partial requirement quantity with a return to the same bin or other location, a standard setting in ECC WM

Can you please guide how this can be achieved. I tried setting up rounding up the WT quantity, but then it errors during WT creation for over picking in delivery. We can't change that standard-setting as we don't want to allow over picking except in such cases, where also the extra quantity shouldn't be assigned with delivery instead returned to a specific location.

+ 1 for the pick point, maintain it in the storage type role of the intermediate storage type and also maintain LOSC. You will also have to maintain a work center, where you can specify the WPT for putaway of leftover quantities. It should then behave just as you know it from WM.
