FU not created for sales order /delivery order in s/4 embedded system

Dear Experts ,

Can you please help in knowing the reason FU not created after sales order created in S/4 Embedded TM system.

i check all setting -logistic integration profile , control keys and sales document integration setting , All are set and file.

There is not any block on sales documents. Can you guide where is a miss and i can check
