FU Not Assigned to Pre-Carriage Due to Time Conflict and Incorrect Transportation Mode

The FU is only being assigned to the main carriage, but it should also be assigned to the pre-carriage, which it currently isn’t. I found that there’s a time conflict for that DN in Stage 1 (pre-carriage) — the planned departure date is after the arrival date. Additionally, the transportation mode for that stage is set to “sea,” which is incorrect since the pre-carriage is a short leg and should be set to “road.”

Correct setup should be:
• Pre-carriage – Road
• Main carriage – Sea
• On-carriage – Road

Could you please check what’s causing this issue and advise how we can fix the error?

It seems you are having Ocean Freight scenario and need FU to be assigned to Pre Leg, Main Leg and On carriage. You may split FU to 3 stages and then assign FU stages to each stage document.  For example :  FU stage covering  Plant to Port to the Freight order, Port to Port to Freight booking, and Destination Port to receiving plant to Freight Order.  You may split FU manually or using default route.
