Hi Azzez,

You can use different approach depended of all requirements.

Look this blogs:

Assignment of incoterm locations in SAP TM | SAP Blogs

Incoterm location in freight unit stage building of SAP TM | SAP Blogs

Improved Incoterm Handling in SAP TM | SAP Blogs

With Default Route you need to setup as master data and also consider the if all the stage are relevant for planning( consider stage profile for it).

In SAP Transport Management, the number of stages in a Freight Unit (FU) is not limited to 3. You can have as many stages as you need 1.

To add stages to a Freight Unit in SAP TM, you can follow these steps:

  1. Open the Freight Unit in the Transportation Cockpit.
  2. Click on the “Stages” tab.
  3. Click on the “Add” button to add a new stage.
  4. Enter the details for the new stage such as location, date/time, and mode of transport.
  5. Click on “Save” to save the new stage.

You can repeat these steps to add as many stages as you need 2.

Hi Yogananda,

I am not able to add stages in freight unit as it is greyed out.
I can only add intermediate stops as system is not allowing to add before and after stages in FU. (Below screenshot for your reference)

Could you please help me on this.

Best regards.
