Hello,
we are working on SAP Public Cloud and we're trying to delete previous entries from OBK9 to upload new entries.
The system doesn't allow us to delete them due to this error: FTI/WEBGUI_MSG123 "Deletion not possible for record created by SAP" --> Error is raised because user is trying to delete Pre-delivered/SAP delivered record. As of now, only customer created records are allowed to be deleted.
We are sure those entries have not been created by SAP. How can we delete all entries?

can you rechecks whether this record is custom record or pre delivered record?
