What is the minimum basic set up needed for a user to be able to access the FSM planning and dispatching board?
E.g a cloud user id as which can be a S user id, a s4 HANA backend user id and personnel numbers as technicians.
Where would we link the S user id to the backend user id?
Request clarification before answering.
