Hello,
We have FSM on several iPads and we are getting a "Synchronization Error" in just one of them. The error is in the screenshot below and it says: "Synchronization Error - An unknown error occurred while synchronizing".
Restarting the iPad does not help.
Please, let me know if you have possible solutions for that.

Just to let you know that this has been solved. The user was not using the latest version of FSM on the iPad. After updating it, everything works.
