Hello everyone,
We are getting this error for several users (Service Technicians) that use the mobile Windows app. If the same user uses the Android or IOS version, then error does not appear.
This error does not allow the synchronization so the user can no longer use it.
We never used the ‘TrackPartEquipmentUsage’ functionality and for one of the users with this error he never had any ´reserved material´.
Can you please help?
