Hi all,
in the service map in FSM there are just very limited possibilities to filter. See screenshot for the fields that could be used in the filter.

Is it possible to filter the activities for the responsible in the service call? Or for a specific service call type/equipment type?
The scenario is that the responsible dispatcher should just sees his/her service calls and then create the best route for them...
Any tips? Are there some workaround that could be used here?

It's basically you can use the option best matching technician it will give the right technician.
