Hi everyone,
Our customer uses S4HANA Cloud as a backend systems and transfers its data to FSM. Due to some reasons, not all customer's equipments are linked to the related business partners.
When I now try to create a new service call or edit an existing one, I can only add the equipments linked to the business partner of the service call. Therefore, I can not use one of the equipment without a linkage to any business partner.
Do you have any idea how to create a service call in which an equipment is used which has no business partner assigned?

Hello Christoph,
thanks for your request. We have the UI permission "ALLOW_ANY_FOR_SERVICE_CALL" on Equipment level in FSM which allows you to create the ServiceCall with any equipment on mobile apps.
