[FSM HOWTO] How to enable menu options in Activity quick dialog on the Planning board?

I can not enable Duplicate, Reassign To, Duplicaet For, Move To, Cancel & Close menu items - all of them are greyed out when openning quick dialog on the planning board in Planning and Dispatching module.

1. In order to enable functionalities: Duplicate; Reassign to; Duplicate For and Move to - Company Settings "CoreSystems.CoresystemsFSM.ResourcePlanner" should have property "allowOverlappingAssignments" set to TRUE.

2. To enable Cancel and Close functionalities ensure that you have “VISIBLE” permissions set for "PLANNER_CAN_CLOSE" and "PLANNER_CAN_CANCEL" for your usergroup for ACTIVITY object.

3. Close and Cancel functionalities has a prerequisite - established Service Call Mapping for Technically Completed and Cancelled service calls on General settings page for Planning and Dispatching area.

Thanks for the explanation. But this is so complicated. For the same menu you have to check company settings or permissions or some general settings... If at least the GUI would give you a hint why some menus are grayed out that would be like heaven :-).
