I am working in integrated scenarios of FSM with S/4 Hana (also S/4 Hana Cloud).
As far as I observed, there are different behaviours when an activity is created regarding its default address (see also attached screenshot):
- In case of no assigned equipments, the adress of business partner is set as default. => OK for me
- In case of assigned equipment to the service call, the equipment address is set as default. => Also OK for me.
- If an equipment is assigned to the activity, the default address is the address of the business partner. => This is not OK for me: I expect that the equipment address is set as activity address.
In the documentation, I have found the guide for the address resolution but this is not corresponding to my observations.
Does anyone have experience regarding this? Or does anybody know if a customizing is existing where I can influence this setting?
