FSM Connector - Bad Request

Hi All,

We are trying to integrate FSM and C4C system but when we try to click on FSM Connector under "Company> FSM Integrations we are getting "Bad Request" error.

Is there any obvious reason for this? We are following "Prepackaged Integration with SAP FSM" documentation.

Hello Mert,

just in case you still got this problem or anyone in the future might find this helpful:

this happens when you don't have a "Person" linked to the company you want to integrate C4C with added to your User. So just adding a "Person" should fix this problem.
