FSM- BR-copy the value of a list field to a text field

Dear colleagues

I need to copy the value of a list field to a text field, the list field is in the SC and the text field is in the activity.

I did a BR,

But it copies the key, the ID that the list field has and not the description, I need to copy the value

When I did this logic, I did not pass any value, in the previous case, as I indicated, I passed the ID but not the value

Sorry for the late reply. Unfortunately, I don't have any alternative solutions for this integration issue at the moment. The flow of this scenario between C4C and Field Service Management (FSM) is not 100% clear to me. Would it be possible for you to open a ticket with our support explaining this integration scenario problem and you can ask for the support ticket to be assigned to me.

Hi Alexandra,

This is the current behavior and if you would like to copy the value of a udf selection list type value in the rule, the current recommendation is that you maintain the key and value of the udf selection list custom field similar such as the following:

key: P10-Mal uso o mantenimiento incorrecto

value: P10-Mal uso o mantenimiento incorrecto

If I had seen that if I put in the Key, the entire value is copied to the desired field.

But I am integrating this field with C4C and the Key of the field is the ID of the value that comes out of C4C and only the ID comes out.

So there it is difficult for me to integrate so that I can take the value of the list field.

If you have any suggestions for this complication, I would appreciate it.
