FSCM - different RMS ID's in menu possible?

Good afternoon everyone,

We have UDM_DISPUTE to go to dispute cases & UKM_CASE to go to CL and DCD cases. However we see that the transaction shows exaclty the same and to see dispute cases you need to go to 'documented credit decisions' and change the RMS ID each time you want to switch between the 2 different case managment systems. Is it possible to add other RMS ID's into the menu view on the left

I guess we can split the question & answer into two parts:

1) Can we default the RMS ID automatically based on the t-code ?

2) Can we have several RMS ID in the left part of the navigation tree in the t-codes UKM_CASE / UDM_DISPUTE ?

The answer to the first question is definite - "No". SAP provided a KBA-note 3255090 - Can the RMS ID be defaulted to related transaction code? This note says that the RMS ID is defaulted based on the last usage irrespective of the t-code that is called. SAP does not provide any other parameter to default this value. This is a hard truth... but I fully agree with you that this is not intuitive and far from optimal user experience. Technically speaking (from programming perspective) it is easy to default the RMS ID based on the t-code, so I'm not sure why SAP is not doing that.

The answer to the second question is also no - you're not able to add several RMS ID into the navigation part of the screen for these t-code.

Dear if I follow this answer and type in the SPRO transition in our S4HANA environment I come up with the screenshot below:

Also I suspect this does not answer the question of whether we can put different RMS'ids here in our overview left without having to switch continuously, we would like the below in the overview left:

RMS ID: ukm_credit_case & z_udm_dispute.

Is this possible to place already existing rms'ids below each other in the overview?
