we want to use main segment in FSCM-CM only for information on the commitment but not to block anything. We have sub-segments configured and block on them the sales orders according to our rules. We do not want to maintain any credit limits on main segment but only on sub segment.
What is happening now is that a customer who has a good limit on sub segment still gets the order blocked because on main segment we have no limit maintained. Is there a way to turn off the credit check on main segment but still get the committment across all subsegments shown?
