Freight Units Not Created When Using Document-Specific Addresses

We are using S/4HANA in an on-premise version with basic Transportation Management (TM).

In our system, document-specific addresses for the ship-to party are sometimes used in sales order documents. However, in these cases, no freight units are created for the subsequent deliveries. Additionally, no locations are generated, which seems to be the root cause of the missing freight units. I would have expected that one-time locations would be created in such scenarios.

Is there a configuration or setting to ensure that locations and, consequently, freight units are generated for documents with document-specific addresses?

I solved the issue by investigating the bgRFC-connection.

Hi Carlos, yes. Unfortunately, the log isn't detailed

However, when I use /SCMTMS/SUBSEQUENT_FUB_LOGINT a new FU is created without complications
