Freight Unit weight volume

Freight units are created at sales order save. In the subsequent delivery, the materials are Batched - so the Gross weight/net weight/volume goes to the 900001 Batch line item rather than the main material line item.

Here we get an error " Quantity, weight or Volume is missing; Freight units are not created. Message No /SCMTMS/LOG/INT010.

If I put the weight etc in the main line item it works. What will make the freight unit get weight from Batch line rather than the line item 10 in delivery? Thanks

Please check if these notes are relevant for your version. They both reference the

/SCMTMS/LOG_INT010 error message.

This is a known SAP issue for delivery types for which TM has been activated - where it looks at main item level weight rather than batched line item & gives a hard error.

After we implemented Note 2822419 - SAP now seeks the net weight/ gross weight/volume from the batched line item. Issue is fixed
