Hello,
A user has planned a freight order, and needed to remove the freight units for use in a different freight order. This is a common practice here and we have not had any known issues before. Today, however, one of the freight units was removed and remained visible in the document flow. It no longer shows in items, but we cannot get it out of the document flow. It is almost the same as this existing issue, however, the opposite happens in this case: https://userapps.support.sap.com/sap/support/knowledge/en/2185978
We need to know how this can be removed from the order and how it can be prevented from happening in the future. Has anyone experienced this before and can anyone help? I will try to attach screenshots later.
Request clarification before answering.
We have just fixed the issue, it appears to be as Emanuel commented: that the stop key was not removed from all freight units. This can be fixed manually in BOBT:
Go to BOBT and check the association of Freight Order to assigned FUs and FU to assigned Freight Orders
Afterwards check associated Stops and unassign stops from FU.

Hello Nicholar, I'm facing this exact issue and glad I found your query as the first option while I'm searching for answer and in fact it helped me to a great extent and I in fact found a much simpler way to resolve the issue without the BOBT. so, As we now know the issue with the Freight Unit stops not being un-assigned from the Planning result, thought the Items were removed in the FO, we still seing the Document flow linking the FU with FO.
So, What I did try instead of BOBT is, I did directly go to Freight Unit - Stages and selected the stage where it's pointing to the Planning Document(Freight Order) and under the option Capacity Document, I did use the "Remove for this Stage and following stages" option, that unassigning the planning results for the stage, eventually removed the document flow from Freight Order. Thanks for the ray of light.
Best,
Divakar.
