Freight Unit is not created automatically for Sales Order

Hi Folks,

Freight unit is not generated automatically for sales order. (Embedded TM S4 Hana 2020 version)

When sales order is created, "TM Status" tab is created, but no Freight Unit is created.

I have created FUBR & maintained FUBR in logistics integration profile and LIP maintained in the Logical Integration-Internal TM Component - Activate Integration of SD Documents.

Kindly advise what could be the issue and how to resolve it?.

Note: There is no blocks found.

Yes those are available but still the error is coming.

HI 

as per the report output please check below :

1- sales order or delivery item category has item type 'A' or 'B', 

2- Ensure the items are not text or service, then FU should be generated for standard items.

Hello @Krish01 

1. Check TM integration settings with /SCMTMS/CHK_DOC_INT_TM_INTEGR report.
2. Check if automatic freight unit building is active in the logistics integration profile. If it is not, freight units need to be created with /SCMTMS/SUBSEQUENT_FUB_LOGINT report.
3. Make sure that your sales order is complete and not blocked.
4. Check if integration based on actual quantities is active in the logistics integration profile. If it is, verify that the sales order quantity is confirmed by ATP.
5. Try to create freight units for the sales order with /SCMTMS/SUBSEQUENT_FUB_LOGINT report and check what the log says.

Hi Dominik,

1.I have checked the TM integration using report#/SCMTMS/CHK_DOC_INT_TM_INTEGR, it is showing all steps fine but below two errors are coming. 

Document flow: No FU(s) assigned

All items have status 'Rejected' or 'No Standard Items'; freight units cannot be built 

2. Automatic freight building rule is already active and sales order don't have any blocks.

3.  integration based on actual quantities is already active in the logistics integration profile.

4. /SCMTMS/SUBSEQUENT_FUB_LOGINT  i have run this report but it is throwing below errors.

The sales order status prevents FU creation - log message "All items have status 'Rejected' or 'No Standard Items'; freight units cannot be built"

The note 3346943 - FU for MM/SD/LE documents integration is not created provides the explanation.

I had also faced similar issue in the past at the delivery level. If everything is configured perfectly, please check the BSG settings once.
