Freight settlement document inconsistent

Hi All,

Freight settlement document for Road is created with reference to Freight order, but getting below errors. Please suggest.

1. Cannot apply distribution level; cannot distribute costs.
2. Freight settlement document inconsistent

Life cycle status showing - In Process. How to change this or When it will change.

Charge calculation status showing - 02 Calculated.

Version S4HANA 2022, On premise.

Hi k.kumar13,

Hope you have cost distribution enabled in your FO/FSD type. If not needed, you can deactivate in FO and FSD type anf then try with new documsnt.

If needed, check your cost distribution profile in your charge profile and make sure the rule can be applied (For example, if it is gross weight based, you need to have gross weight in FO to do the distribution)
