Freight Order charge calculation-Status showing calculated but no rate

Dear Experts, I am new to the TM world and Please help me on this issue

I did the setup of charge calculation for Base charge and Scales are created for LOC, TRZONE, Means of transport and Weight

In Freight order charge calculation status is showing as Calculated, but amount is blank. Also Charge type is reflecting with no rate. Screen shots attached for your reference

Hi,

I am also facing the exact issues pointed above..Calculation status is 'Calculated' and amount is zero but none of the charge item is appearing.

I have a inbound interface which calls action 'Calculate Transportation Charges' , It works fine in Dev env but fails in Quality ( Same code and config) .

Once i trigger charge calculation manually - it works fine and pick same Agreement and TCCS as it does manually. Calaulcation also happens but charge types and amounts are not appearing .

I checked calculation log - It looks fine, no error.i checked backend ( BOBT) charge elements are updated properly.

My doubt- Some how Charge calculation is happening before charge elements are updated.

Could you please enable the parameter, /SCMTMS/TCC_LOG for your user id and let me know the exact errors that you received for your case? We can check and proceed from there.
