Greetings,
Many of our FUs are being removed from planned and confirmed freight orders and bookings. This behavior is frequently observed when ATP is retrigged by SAP TM delivery proposals and manual updates to the order schedule line delivery date field. We hypothesize that ATPs inability to confirm inventory after these events is triggering a change controller method (REMOVE_TOR_FROM_PLANNNG) within SAP TM which removes TORs from planned assignments. As expected, this behavior is causing many inefficiencies within planning and execution as well as confusion on the carrier side.
To address this, I need guidance on how to configure SAP TM to prevent the disassociation of FUs from planned assignments all the while providing visibility to "non-compliant "orders, in this case, orders lacking inventory confirmations post ATP check. I've reviewed the following SAP Knowledge Base Article but it doesn't provide specifics on how to address the matter systematically - 3085710 - Freight Order/Booking is disassociated from Freight Unit and Delivery - SAP for Me.
Assuming that this is change method controller issue - Is there a way to reconfigure change control method "REMOVE_TOR_FROM_PLANNNG"? Do we need to configure other change methods to override the mentioned change method?
Thank you

Hi @strikerb52ml ,
Seems Execution status is not checking while separating FUs or might be quantity change since ATP triggered. Please check below steps and let us know if you have questions.
1-> check Which Strategy it is assigned in configuration in your system Standard or any added customization.
Example:
2-> How this strategy assigned into your Document (FO/Booking) type via directly or condition
Example:
3-> Create Condition with below example and remember to assign execution Status( Where you do want to delete- Example- executed means should not delete )
4-> Condition created in Step-3, then assign to Change Strategy Det. Condition in FO Type/ Booking Type(Step-2 Screen ).
Kind Regards,
Ajit
